Ahead of the World Health Day scheduled for April 7, stakeholders from the public and private sector will discuss emergency response in Africa.   A healthcare technology firm, Emergency Response Africa, in a statement on Tuesday, said it would hold a brand activation and mobile app launch in Lagos on April 7.
