Lateef studied Mass Communication in Olabisi Onabanjo University. He was born in Oshodi but grew up in Jakande estate in Isolo where he attended primary and secondary school.
He has been on stage since age 15 but started acting professionally in 2007. He produced one movie, OSEREGI in 2010. He also presents a talk show with orisun tv, Miliki express.
