Singer, Tems recently took to Twitter to reflect on her time in the Ugandan prison last year. In December 2020 the singer along with music artist, Omah Lay were detained in the prison in Uganda over violation of their Covid rules.
Tems revealed that she spent her time bonding with kids and women during her time in the prison.
She wrote:
“This very day Last Year, I was sitting in prison in Uganda bonding with women and kids. I almost can’t believe the things I’ve seen so far. All I can say is God is too awesome and He will always have the last and final laugh”,
