On Monday, the rapper resorted to Twitter to voice his dissatisfaction. He stated that because he wouldn’t be a puppet for the dollar bill, he, therefore, hasn’t been given any acknowledgement despite all he has done for the industry.

He said, “I never got my flowers from the industry cause “I wouldn’t be a puppet for the dollar bill #ThugLife.”

He continued to tweet, “You know how many of your favourite WEST COAST artists I had a hand in putting on???? Just being a good n*gga…Was offered finder’s fees, could’ve signed n*ggas …etc. I just wanted to see n*ggas from my side win.”

“Ask Dr. Dre…Ask Top Dawg, ask n*ggas…I been solid for n*ggas since 2003 in this sh*t. The definition of ‘GOOD LOOKIN,’” he ended.

In the past, Game hasn’t been reluctant to brag about his clout. He once considered himself to be Compton’s finest rapper.

“Can’t nobody in Compton outrap Game, ni**a. Can’t nobody in Compton outrap me,” he said during a Clubhouse chat.

It’s been two years since Game released an album. In August, he dropped his single “Worldwide Summer Vacation” ahead of his upcoming 30 for 30 projects.

However, In 2002, ‘The Game’  released his first mixtape, after which he was signed to Dr. Dre’s Aftermath label the following year and dropped his debut studio album “The Documentary” in 2005.

He followed up with ather albums such as “Doctor’s Advocate,” “LAX,” “The R.E.D. Album,” and more.

He has been associated with many other artists within the industry, and expanded his brand beyond music and joined other industries such as film, television and fashion.

Nevertheless, the Game is still waiting for his flowers.
