Shallipopi Confirms Exit from Dapper Music

The 24-year-old rapper, born Crown Uzama, made the announcement, explaining that his contract with Dapper Music had come to an end, marking the beginning of a new chapter in his career.

Shallipopi gained major attention in 2023 with hits like ‘Elon Musk’, ‘Oscroh’, and ‘Cast’. In 2024, he continued his rise with his debut album Shakespopi. He also collaborated with Rema on ‘Benin Boys’ and featured on ‘Juju’, a viral TikTok hit by Smur Lee and Odumodublvck.

The announcement of Shallipopi’s exit comes amid speculations that another street-hop artist, Seyi Vibez, has also parted ways with Dapper Music.
