On October 20, 2024, Nollywood actor Kunle Remi took to Instagram to express his frustration with negative comments and announced that he would be blocking anyone who disrespects his boundaries.

In his post, Remi stated, “This page is for light and good vibes. I am not desperate for followers or engagement. If you come with darkness and negativity—whether from a blog, in DMs, or over the phone—be it a friend, fan, or family, I WILL BLOCK YOU.”

He emphasized his commitment to maintaining a positive online space and protecting his energy.

Remi also shared some words of wisdom, urging his followers to be mindful of the negativity they consume. He warned that being surrounded by negativity can lead to harmful consequences, both personally and in broader aspects of life.

“People have unknowingly bound themselves to spirits that contaminate good soil. Even those who engage with negativity—by laughing or commenting—are inviting negativity into their lives,” he explained.

He wrapped up his message by encouraging everyone to prioritize positivity and distance themselves from negativity. “Recklessly protect light and positivity and unsubscribe from darkness. Love, Light and fhingz,” he concluded.
