Season 9 of Big Brother Nigeria (BBN) began on July 28, 2024, featuring 28 housemates who entered in 14 pairs. The show will run until October 6, 2024.

This season’s twist involved contestants entering as pairs, but by the fifth week, the show had evicted six pairs: Tami, Ndi Nne, Flourish, Streeze, Zinwe, and Radicals.

Big Brother introduced an unexpected twist at the end of the fifth week by separating the remaining 16 housemates from their pairs. As the show progressed into the eighth week, the producers evicted two more housemates: Ben and Chizoba.
