However, Portable also voiced his disappointment over not receiving any cash gifts from Obi. He compared the experience to meetings with other politicians, saying, “Let’s go, Obi didn’t give us anything. “If we had met Tinubu, he would have given us something.”

He mentioned an earlier incident where someone pretending to be a pastor had attacked his sister, leading him to distrust the preacher he encountered. “He was not a man of God. The way he acted made me slap him,” Portable said, apologizing for his actions.

The incident, which was streamed live on Instagram on September 9, 2024, showed Portable confronting and slapping a preacher he accused of disturbing his business.

Portable later admitted that his actions were problematic and acknowledged his flaws, stating, “I’m human and I’m not perfect.”
