Grammy-winning artist PJ Morton will perform in Lagos on September 13, 2024, as part of his ‘Cape Town To Cairo Tour’ at The New Afrika Shrine.

After a successful run of sold-out shows across Africa last fall, Morton will return with renewed energy, a grand live set, and a deeper connection to Nigeria.

His expanded and talented band, Afro Orleans, will join him, offering fans a memorable and intimate experience.

For Morton, this tour represents a homecoming to the place that inspired his latest album, ‘Cape Town To Cairo’. ‘Returning to the place that inspired the record feels surreal,’ Morton says. “I’m excited to be back and to reconnect with the place that helped shape the album.”
