Shocking Assault on Nigerian Star Portable: Valuables Stolen During Celebration

Controversial Nigerian singer Habeeb Okikiola, better known as Portable, recently fell victim to a violent attack by local thugs in Iju Ishaga, Lagos.

The singer took to Instagram to share the alarming news, posting a video that shows him in significant pain and revealing his injuries. In the clip, he explains that he was attacked along with his team members, who are now missing.

Portable was in Iju Ishaga to celebrate with a friend who had just bought a new car. However, the celebration took a dark turn when the area boys targeted them. During the attack, Portable’s iPhone, ATM card, ice chain, and gold jewellery were stolen.

In his Instagram post, Portable expressed his frustration and concern, writing: “Big trouble in Iju Ishaga. We went to celebrate with @lincon_orn, who sells cars. While we were there, some local guys attacked us. My team members are still missing. They stole my iPhones and ATM card. @lincon_orn should help tell these local guys to return my things.”

He also mentioned that they found @dullarboi’s phone and car, but he is still missing. Portable has not seen his artists @bamidola_ and heard he was also attacked.

He pleaded for help, saying, “These are my artists who are missing. I hope God helps us. These people are evil. After I showed them love and gave them money, they still stole my bag. Are they fans or enemies?”

This shocking incident highlights the dangerous conditions that can arise even during what should be celebratory moments and raises concerns about the safety of artists and their teams.
