Big Brother Naija Twist: Double Eviction Rocks the House in Week 3

The show announced the third pair of housemates evicted in the 3rd week of Big Brother Naija 2024. On Sunday, August 18, 2024, TV host Ebuka revealed that Streeze and Flourish had been evicted.

This week’s eviction featured a twist: two pairs of housemates were sent home. Streeze and Flourish were the pairs that left the Big Brother Naija (BBNaija) house. The show started with host Ebuka Obi Uchendu reviewing the week’s events. He asked Nne about the Zinwe pair (Zion and Chinwe), and she vaguely said she couldn’t remember her comments.

For week 2, the bottom four pairs were Zinwe, Ndinne, Radicals, and Flourish. The week’s custodians, Streeze (made up of Mayor Frosh and Toby Forge), had to decide which pair to save.

They chose a box labelled “EVICT ONLY” and went to the diary room to decide. After thinking it over, Streeze chose to evict Ndinne.

Ndinne, the outgoing Head of House for week 2, was the first custodian and female Head of House, leading the house to win its first wager of the season.

The first pair of housemates to be evicted from BBNaija 2024 was announced on the first eviction show. Viewer voting results decided who would leave.

After the immunity challenge on Monday, all 12 remaining pairs were up for eviction, with the viewers deciding their fate. The pair with the fewest votes was evicted on Sunday night.

Two pairs were safe from eviction this week: Streeze, who won the custodian challenge, and Friends Beta (Tjay and Ben), who won the immunity challenge. They were not nominated for eviction.

The first pair of housemates evicted from the BBNaija season 9 house on Sunday, August 4, 2024, was Damilola and Toyosi.
