“If you’re busy with your own work and hustling, you won’t have time to join protests,” he said. “Fight for yourself, not for Nigeria. Nigeria is fine; it’s you who needs to get better.”

He emphasized that his perspective has changed now that he is more successful. “Back then, I was influenced by poverty. Now that I’m wealthy, I think like someone who is successful,” he explained.

He pointed out that wealthy individuals like Aliko Dangote and Femi Otedola do not participate in protests because they concentrate on their own businesses and success.

“Have you ever seen Dangote or Otedola leading a protest? They focus on their businesses. You should focus on your own path too,” Portable said.
