Former Big Brother Naija star Cee-C recently shared a chilling experience involving a confrontation with a suspected EFCC official in Lagos.
During an Instagram livestream, she recounted how after filming a video, she encountered heavy traffic while trying to make her way home.
In her own words, “That day, after finishing shooting, I wanted to head home. There was a lot of traffic, everyone was trying to find a way.”
It was then that a man suddenly blocked her car and aggressively confronted her, even pulling out a gun. She described the terrifying moment when “he came out and started hitting my car. Then he brought out a huge gun and said he would kill me.”
Cee-C’s experience serves as a stark warning to fellow Lagosians about the dangers of moving around the city at night.
She urged caution, emphasizing, “People are walking around Lagos with guns. I tell you this because you have to be careful. I don’t know how God saved me that day.”
Reflecting on the incident, Cee-C expressed disbelief that “an EFCC officer would be carrying a gun at night for no reason.” She shared how the traumatic event prompted her to take a break from social media to recover from the shock.
