KANYE’S LAWYER SEEKING TO ESTABLISH FORMAL CUSTODY ARRANGEMENT

On today’s episode of keeping up with the KimYe, Kanye West’s legal team is reportedly seeking to establish a formal arrangement between their client and his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian.

All of this is due to the fact that the now estranged couple does not currently have any official custody arrangement in place for their kids, and this has caused a whole lot of drama between them.

According to report, Kim allows Kanye to visit their children whenever he is in town and desires to do so, so long as the kids are not busy. So establishing a formal custody arrangement with the rapper can be difficult due to his frequent travels outside of Los Angeles.

A close source however states that the prospect of coming to a resolution out of court appears unlikely, given Kanye’s anger over Kim’s new relationship with Pete Davidson and custody issues.

The source also stated that Kanye and Kim barely speak to one another and have not communicated in some time, meaning it might be hard for them to even come to an agreement.

Kim recently hit back at Kanye West following one of his Instagram post where he shared a photo of pins he saw in his daughter’s bag, writing, “This was on my daughter’s backpack when I was allowed to see her last week. This is why I go so hard for my family I am wired to protect my family at all cost. As the priest of my home, don’t worry Northy God is still alive.”

Responding to the claim, Kim wrote, “Please stop with this narrative, you were just here this morning picking up the kids for school.”

Kim and Kanye share four children, eight-year-old North, six-year-old Saint, four-year-old Chicago and two-year-old Psalm.
