Reality TV show star, Neo went all out for his lover, Vee to celebrate her 25th birthday yesterday the 19th of August.
He also splashed lots of amazing gifts on her. The couple along with a few friends later proceeded on a yacht cruise in the late hours of the day then rounded off the night at a nightclub.
