Willian will not be joining Major League Soccer (MLS) side Inter Miami owned by the legendary David Beckham, according to reports.

The newly recognized MLS side is understood to have offered the Chelsea winger whose contract expires at the end of the season a lucrative deal.

According to the Telegram, Man United legend, Beckham had a one-on-one talk with the Brazilian attacker with a three-year deal being offered to him.

The British news media outlet went on to claim that Beckham was willing to pay him £100,000-per-week to make him one of the highest-paid stars in the MLS. Willian wants a three-year extension with Chelsea but negotiations have broken down and reports claim the Blues are only willing to offer him a year due to his age. And this has aroused the interest of Tottenham who are reportedly ready to offer him £220,000-per-week deal to reunite with Jose Mourinho.

It is understood the former Shakhtar Donetsk and Anzhi Makhachkala star has also been wooed by north London club Arsenal with a £250,000 pay packet. A number of top European clubs including Man United and Paris Saint-Germain are also looking to make a deal with Willian in the summer. Willian has previously admitted he is keen to play in the United States but it is understood he still wants to remain in Europe while performing at his peak.
