Ewoma Oyegwa – A Bankable Voice In The Radio Broadcasting Industry

Concerning radio broadcasting, the Nigerian media industry is expanding at astronomical numbers in terms of an upsurge of new stations. The question now is are there an equal upspring of quality broadcasters in the ilk of Ewoma Oyegwa who could double as OAP, program producer, and voice-over artist? This lady is proving to be one of the most bankable new generation voices in the radio broadcasting industry.

In 2013, Ewoma started her broadcasting career when she was employed by Cool 96.9FM as one of the stations’ voice-over artists. During her stint at the station, she was mostly referred to as the official voice of the brand. She did good numbers of radio sweepers. According to her, “in my quest to become good at the job, I underwent numerous training including, creative production, scriptwriting, and on-air presentation.

In 2018, I was contacted by TVC Communications to work in their radio section, Max 102.3FM as one of its Creative Producer and Presenter. I accepted the offer, and that is where I find myself today. I am enjoying the life of doing voice-overs, sweepers and as well as presenting a program for the station. I am involved in projects such as, Max World Chart show, which airs on Saturdays from 12noon till 2 pm on Max 102.3FM and 90.9FM. Once in a while, as a guest analyst, I am also involved with the Wake Up Show on TVC” – she concluded

A native of Isoko LGA in Delta State, Nigeria, Ewoma was born and raised in Lagos, State. With a certificate in computer science, this hardworking lady brings her engineering precision into broadcasting. According to her, ‘I aim to become one of the best voice-over artists and as well, one of the best when it comes to program production and presentation’ – Ewoma

Hobbies – she loves hanging out with friends and family, eating good food, listening to good music, and watching movies.
