Nigerian visionary comedian, Francis Agoda, popularly known as I Go Dye has congratulated President Buhari over his victory at the 2019 Presidential elections, but starts off with saying he will be the last old recycled president that will rule Nigeria.
The comedian made this known on his Instagram on Wednesday, February 27th, 2019.
