Red Dress Scandal: Bride Threatens To Sue Actress Mercy Aigbe And The Designer
The Red dress saga continues to brew, as the bride threatens to sue both Mercy Aigbe and the designer Rikaotobyme.
A red dress meant for a bride on her wedding day was allegedly diverted by the designer to the movie star who has said she’s had no direct dealings with @Rikaotobyme and that every transaction as regards the red dress she wore for her 40th birthday was carried out by her stylist.
In a letter addressed to the designer titled “Notification of Breach of Contract and Allegations of Fraudulent, Unlawful and Criminal Conduct,” the bride’s lawyers Capitalfield Attorneys have said if the designer is not willing to resolve the matter, their client will not hesitate to seek legal redress.
The lawyers accused both Rikaotobyme and Mercy Aigbe of fraudulent conspiracy to convert their client’s property for “selfish gains.”
