Toolz reacts to Gov. Okorocha’s new commissioner appointment

The Governor of Imo state, Okorocha, appointed a new commissioner which has got a lot of people talking.

The new commissioner who is the governor’s sister, Mrs. Ogechi Ololo, was appointed as the Commissioner for Happiness and Couple’s Fulfilment.
